UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK The book is a very good book and will make impact and bring out the leadership qualities inherent in the readers. It is unique compared to other leadership books because it was written by an expert John Maxwell who has over forty years of experience and so he added this wealth of experience to the life changing principles imputed inside the book. He also made use of examples to support his statements for easy understanding to the readers. Another unique thing about this book which is not present in other books is that the book is like a conversation between the reader and the author.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK Apart from the positive uniqueness of the book, there are also some shortcoming which was that he made use of some examples which could not be understood by people who are not citizens of the united states or have not travelled there. Though, the book contains useful information it is also too lengthy.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK One could clearly know from the reading of this book that it is original from the author’s own thought through the examples he cited, through the manner of which he explained the laws, through his vast experience on the topic of leadership.
CONTRIBUTIONS MADE Contributions were made by Stephen R.Covey, Charlie Wetzel who was the writing partner of the writer.
RELEVANCE This book is very relevant especially in handling life matters because leadership is the core of man’s existence. Without it success is not guaranteed. there is almost no place in life where the laws of leadership is not needed. The laws in this book that I consider the most important is the law of sacrifice and the law of timing because most leaders we have today are not time conscious and also cannot sacrifice anything for their people. Instead they do things for their own interest. The set of people that I think this book is most relevant to is the leaders in government who know almost nothing about being a leader and they end up their reign without making any impact.
TIMELINESS When the book was published it was relevant and till now it is still relevant but I think it is more relevant now than before.
RECOMMENDABILTY I recommend this book to all leaders at all levels, both in public and private institutions because when all the laws are in place it will improve the nation as a whole.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: Well the authors made use of relevant and value of a leader, he explained every thing in full details making his readers most especially me understand the value of being a good leader. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK I see the author does not make use of scriptural references to drive home is point, most motivational authors i know of make use of these to convey their message E.g. David Oyedepo. He made a statement in his book that you have to give up to go up which to me does not make much sense to me and he does not give any meaning to is statement. ORGINALITY: The author indeed know what he is writing about, he takes his time to give in- depth details about the role of leadership . Like every motivational authors it is not new to some people what the author is passing across to its various readers. He is not saying anything new but he his taking a different approach toward. CONTRIBUTION: Its teaches its readers about the role of leadership and gives more advise on roles of being a good leaders. Also its teaches its readers about the role of being a follower before becoming a leaders, which he explains that ones you are a leader you loose the right to think of your self which is very much true. i count law 18 as relevant based on the fact that for you to become a leader you have to forget about yourself and think of your follower( i.e. Sacrifice). It is relevant to everybody most especially aspiring leaders who are followers.
RELEVANCE: The book is very much useful to every follower and leaders who seek to improve themselves in various aspect where they are lagging behind in their leadership responsibility. As i said earlier the most relevant is the law of sacrifice.
RECOMMENDABILITY: The book is recommended to every human because he gives vivid detail on how to be a good leader and also how to make sure your not selfish to your followers, making us understand that once you are a leader you don’t think of your self at all but your followers. REVIEWER: Ekenedilichukwu Oyinyechukwu Nwachukwu
I read the book 21 laws of leadership at first because I have a project to fulfill an assignment given by the best lecturer ever Miss Ada Sonia Obanua. I rarely buy "self help books" "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Steven R. Covey or Anthony Robbins books. I saw that this book was over two hundred pages so I thought, it was a sleeping tablet. As I first started to read the book I learned that the author John C. Maxwell was a minister. I was a bit skeptical about because most ministers books I read I get bored early, but this book proved me wrong.
John. C.Maxwell takes his thirty years of knowledge and transfers it into an easy to read book for anyone who wishes to better themselves or their organization through better leadership skills. He outlines 21 laws of leadership using many known political, sports and professional icons. Although he does not give particular examples of how you can use these "laws" in everyday problems unlike "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." Anyone with a little imagination can see how putting these laws into action can better any situation. It clearly defines the difference between being any other thing and being a leader. It also made me realize that the problem of most organization in Nigeria are for its poor leadership and that is what causes so much turn over and unpleasantness within their department.
One question that a lot of employers seem to fail to ask is, " Are you a leader or a follower." Well if you say you are a leader then higher management may think that you will control them or try to take their power from them. If you say you are a follower then they may feel that you are unable to come to your own conclusions about a problem and bother them with everything. Like a reviewer said his answer use to be “I am a good leader, but I also know when to follow. My new answer will be, I am a leader looking to further my education as such through mentoring of a higher level leader." I will then ask, "Do you feel that you are a manager or a leader?" .
The book also provides many illustrated stories about how other highly successful leaders came to be. As well as mistakes where people had a chance for great success but failed because of lack of leadership. Overall I would recommend the book to anyone who wants to further their education in becoming a better leader. As well as creating a better life for yourself and those who follow you. The book is close to perfection , but a common person cannot pick it and read which means that the author published it for only the middle and high class. Which could be considered as discrimination. I believe a strong book like this should be made special for those who have lost hope in success.

NO OF PAGES: 309 NAME OF REVIEWER: AJAYEOBA MAYOKUN UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK You can see how practical this kind of book could be. We bumble around for much of our lives, and stumble over these "laws," trying to learn to be leaders, often not understanding what went wrong. With some clear direction -- and that's what Maxwell provides -- you'll be able to grow more quickly as a leader. ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK The book is very original because John C. Maxwell offers lively stories about the foibles and successes of Lee Iacocca, Abraham Lincoln, Princess Diana, and Elizabeth Dole in The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. Readers can expect a well-crafted discussion that emphasizes the core attitudes and visions of leadership. Maxwell uses the same tell-it-like-it-is approach that he honed in the bestselling Developing the Leader Within You. For instance, when explaining "The Law of Influence," Maxwell states that "job titles don't have much value when it comes to leading RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK The book is relevant to aspiring leaders because some of the laws deal with important characteristics and qualities of a leader also relevant for church leaders also because this is a book to absorb and then circulate among your lay leaders to raise their level of leadership. This will also be an appreciated gift to a business executive. CONTRIBUTION MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE Zig Ziglar who forwarded the book, and the 10th anniversary was forwarded by Stephen. R. Covey SHORTCOMING OF THE BOOK Maxwell’s book is great at providing tips for being a good leader; however, there are a few problems with the presentation of the book. As previously mentioned, the laws are presented as individual strategies, rather than as an overall plan or method for leadership. This might make it complicated for a manager to directly apply these leadership techniques to the everyday management process. The laws lack specificity on how they can be put into action sometimes, and they often fail to provide a sound approach to making goals and objectives. Additionally, Maxwell views management as inferior to leadership. Management is seen almost solely as a job or a task, while leadership is seen as more of a skill or an art form. This may come across as insulting to someone in a managerial position and make the book less appealing to read. RECOMMENDATION OF THE BOOK That said, I would recommend The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership to other public relations students. It is an insightful read, and each chapter does a thorough job of explaining the meaning and implications of the law it discusses. It is a great reference for learning the qualities a good leader should have and the tactics they need to know. Also, the book is filled with many examples of good leaders and their practices in the past couple of decades, which gives insight as to what we as public relations practitioners should look for in a good leader in the future. Another way this book is helpful to PR students is the special attention it pays to communication and what a huge role it plays in leadership. TIMELINESS The book was very important then even till now the book was first published September 18, 1998 and another was published on the 8th of September 2007.

REVIEWER: ETTEH IMA ABASI NSEABASI UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK the book is unique in terms of other books written by Maxwell in that it is more detailed than other of his books. Compared to other books, this book can be read by a variety of people and impact a wider range of people because unlike other Christian authors, john c Maxwell does not put Bible references in his book which may drive away non believers. Also the book is more down to earth than other books on leadership hit the hammer on the readers head but this author understands that becoming a leader is a gradual process and helps them with living examples of the different laws; even though he calls them laws, he doesn’t make it by force to obey. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK though the book has a great concept and does not ad biblical references in order not to chase away unbelievers, not adding biblical references could be detrimental to Christian readers because they have good examples to lead them but not examples that show them how to relate leadership with their believes. ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK the book has its own unique concept peculiar to most john c. Maxwell books and he is a renowned writer on the topic of leadership so no doubt his thoughts are original and also he take a new perspective to leadership that other writers don’t have. RELEVANCE he book is relevant to anyone who wants to get a hold of his life, it does not only focus on CEOs though that is what it seems like but it can be read and impact just about anyone’s life. TIMELINESS the book was first published in 1998 and 2007. It was timely in 1997 and 2007 and will always be because at every point in time humans need a leader and this book cloud be of relevance to that potential leader RECOMMENDATION this book is useful to all youths and adults who want to make a better life for themselves

Uniqueness of the book The book 21 Laws of leadership is quite different from a number of books that are in the same field with it, it’s a hard-cover book with a protector. John in writing this piece clearly explores the various ways by which a leader can be effective; he distinguishes himself from himself from other authors by the use of graphs and illustrations. Shortcomings of the book Despite the fact that he is well knowledgeable in the leadership meadow, he does not fully consider the hindrances people could face in trying to obey the laws he had postulated. The language of the material is scholarly herby limiting the audience teach to a certain strata of the people.
Originality of the Book Maxwell in putting this book together was quite original, as he constantly made reference to his personal experiences as a leader, hereby making his points as direct and personal as possible. Contribution Made The foreword was written by Stephen Covey, friend and long time partner of John as fellow leadership expert, also he picked a few remarkable quotes from expert thinkers, like J. R Miller Relevance The book is relevant as it allows for readers to adapt to the laws and make it suit their various positions of leadership. The book is relevant to everyone who is being looked up to for everything and everyone who is in the training ground for future leadership. Timeliness As at 1998, when the book was first published, it had significance as the charismatic move of leadership was just beginning, and there was a need to educate individuals on how best to carry followers along, In 2007, when a recent version was published, it was still relevant because there seemed to have being a shift from the integrity and service based orientation of leaders worldwide, so Maxwell’s piece was and is still very much relevant in our everyday life as leaders and aspiring leaders as well. Recommend-ability This book would be useful to individuals in positions of authority, those who would be desire to take over leadership points, this is so because all the steps in ensuring successful leadership are explained by Maxwell by his audience.

Uniqueness of the book. The book shows us the different ways by which we can be leaders unlike other books that tells how to be a leader not ways. The uniqueness of the book compared to other books is that it was written by a man who had written a lot of books before unlike other writer who their first book is on leadership. John c. Maxwell made this book really unique because he has written so many books on wisdom and leadership. The book encourages reader’s interaction which other books do not have.
Shortcomings of the book The book shortcomings had to do with the fact that it was too long. The length of the book just too long knew that he kept on talking about leadership. Some of the ways he gave, he can actually be merged together but he splited them up making the book too lengthy, though the book contains very useful information. Though some things could not be understood clearly. Originality of the book. The author of the book indeed knows what he wants to do he stated the entire book well enough and all the ways of leadership clearly. This act shows the originality of the book being a very good author. The author is actually not saying anything new but the approach he has towards him made the whole thing interesting and people will always want to know more about the book unlike other motivational speakers like him The book simply teaches on how to be a good leader and ways you can actually achieve that. The book makes it well known that before you can be a leader you must have been a follower.
Contributions made. Contributions were made by Stephen R.Covey, Charlie Wetzel who was the writing partner of the writer. Zig Ziglar who forwarded the book, and the 10th anniversary was forwarded by Stephen. R. Covey. Contributions were also made by the man who also reviewed the book, Dr. Terry J. van der Werff, CMC.
Relevance The book is very relevant to human life because it basically tells us about being a leader which everyone would be in position of at one time or the other which actually makes us more useful and feel as if you are doing more than what you can do. The book makes it clear that before you can be a leader you must also be a follower which makes us understand th law of leadership very well. Followership is the next step to leadership.
Timeliness. The book ever since it has being printed has been so regular and it never went out of fashion because of the fact that everyone wants to be a leader. The book till today has its own effect on the youth nowadays.
Recomendability The book is recommended for everyone who is able to read and comprehend it.in short for everyone who can make sense out of it because at a point or the order you have been a follower and also you want to be a leader.
TITLE: THE 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN C. MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON INC. PLACE OF PUBLICATION:NASHVILLE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUMBER OF PAGES:231 PRICE: N2500 REVIEWER: ALADESE TENIOLA A.09BE08945 UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK In this book, the author, John C. Maxwell, states laws based on some theories that he has and backs them up with facts using examples-unlike some books that just give baseless theories without facts and without evidence or examples to support the theories. Another unique thing about this book, that makes it different from other leadership books is the fact that the author, while trying to give us these irrefutable laws of leadership, gives true life examples of leaders and their triumphs. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK The book, although a very good one is quite lengthy. Not every one has the time and patience to read a leadership book of such volume. The writer also uses some words that may not be understood by some other individuals in an intellectual level lower than his. e.g. a young girl of twelve. ORIGINALITY The author, John C. Maxwell is a renowned author known for his beliefs and values. He uses his own beliefs and what has worked for him to advise his readers. Some other writers may write books, advising and urging their readers to take a particular action-but they may not even take that action themselves. He states what he believes is meant to be and gives vivid examples to back them up. TIMELINESS The book is very timely. It will never run out of style because the struggle by people to become successful and to be higher than their peers never gets old. RELEVANCE This book is relevant and important to every individual who wants to be a leader. Irrespective of the person’s age, sex etc. It allows the reader to do what is necessary in the strife to be a leader. RECOMMENDABILTY I would recommend this book to people of all ages, whether young or old, male or female. A lot of people want to be leaders. They want to rise above their peers and become ‘frontrunners’ and so the book, will go a long way in helping them to prepare for that. It urges all manners of people to take charge of their lives and make a difference.

SHOTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK. - John c Maxwell is not an African man, so the book was mainly based on the white people like Abraham Lincoln, Elizabeth Dole which some Nigerian will not like, but assuming he put names like the Nigeria past leaders, they will like it more.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK. - The author knew what he was writing about. He did not copy or need to copy someone’s work, idea instead he wrote the book from what he has seen and thought of.
CONTRIBUTION. - He has contributed to the lives of those that call themselves leaders and they are not behaving like one. Those who are followers have learnt to be leaders someday.

TITLE: 21 IRREPUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN C MAXWELL PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TEXAS, AMERICA NAME OF PUBLISHERS: THOMAS NELSON INCOPORATED PUBLISHING DATE: 1998 AND 2007 NUMBER OF PAGES: 229 PAGES PRICE: N 2,500 (FOR HARD COVER), N 900 (FOR SOFT COVER) REVIEWER’S NAME: OKOH EMMANUELLA
The book 21 irrefutable laws give solid grounded laws on how to become good leaders using illustrations and past experiences. To teach the reader, it is an attention grabbing book and lives up to its name as it gives hard time tested facts to teach the readers in easy to understand steps how to be a good leader. There have been several books on leadership over the years from renowned scholars but none comes close to being as direct and practical as John Maxwell’s book. Writing from his wealth of experience his book prompts the reader to keep reading till the end. His laws which include The Lid law that states that leadership with effectiveness brings out the best results, The law of Influence which talks about how influence is important to be a good leader, are really practical as he writes from his wealth of experience which he has garnered over a period of 25 years as a teacher and motivational speaker, and being a leader himself. A good thing about the book is that it is not written in the religious context even though he is a preacher, he writes in a way that everybody can relate to using examples to state his points also another plus is that he really knows what he is saying first hand because of his experiences that is what makes his book different from others. However the book has its weak point in the sense that at times he can be mistaken to be a little full of himself stating who did not have leadership skills and who possessed the skill (chapter 1 MacDonald’s brothers) but that can be because he really knows what he is saying. The book as at the time it was first written in 1998 it addressed serious leadership issues as the world wanted capable leaders in all fields and even in government. Even now the book is still relevant because leadership is one important quality that everybody needs, even in Africa leaders are needed in government to give directions and get us out of the pits of poverty. This book is a must read for everybody especially the youths because they are the foundations on which every nation is built.

Admist other books Maxwell’s 21 laws of leadership are insightful, detailed and motivating. 7. The book is portable. SHORTCOMINGS: the failures of the book simply put area; the book failed to lighten the readers’ sense of humor. Maxwell aim was to pass across his message he failed to make the book more flowery. ORIGINALITY: the books originality was real. He made sure his thoughts were clearly written/typed and understood y his readers’. There wasn’t any form of “copy” in the book. There were a few contributions made by E.F Hutton, there he used his theory somewhat to drive home his point. He constantly made reference to his personal experiences as a leader, hereby making his points as direct and personal as possible. RELEVANCE: the book is relevant in building up one’s self esteem, if you have a high level of self-esteem, you will be confident, happy and sure of yourself. You would be highly motivated and have a positive attitude to succeed. Self-esteem is therefore crucial to everyone because it is a cornerstone of a positive attitude towards living making leadership skills ignited and approachable without fears or worries. The aspect of the book most relevant “The Law of Sacrifice, a leader must give up when going up, Successful leaders must maintain an attitude of sacrifice to turn around an organization, one sacrifice seldom brings success”. A Review of the book titled 21 laws of leadership authored by John .c. Maxwell REVIEW BY: SMITH ABISOLA ANUOLUWAPO MARTIC NUMBER: 09BE08994 Title of the book: 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN .C. MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON 1738 PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TENNESE ISBN: - 13:978-0-7852-8935-7
UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK This book is one out of the many numerous books on leadership that have been published. Despite this face John Maxwell creates a unique brand from his book with the inclusion of practicality. He includes graphical representations to buttress his points. He goes further to dispel myths that govern the thoughts of people concerning certain concepts in life. He also breaks down each point into the smallest most comprehendible level that would not be ambiguous for readers.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK From the title of the book the concept of originality is employed by Maxwell. The title is 21 irrefutable laws of leadership, the word irrefutable means indisputable, certain, unquestionable, convincing, according to the English thesaurus dictionary. This means that it’s not possible to actively take on these laws and receive an otherwise result. Maxwell makes the laws as practical as possible for readers. Many authors on leader dish out a lot of instructions to readers that are not easily practiced in their daily lives.
SHORT COMINGS OF THE BOOK John Maxwell fails to include the fact that the art of leadership going beyond how to become a great leader, it goes beyond learning how to be a leader. Putting the leadership virtue to work requires a series of activities to bring about the realization and the ideal leadership qualities that the leader already has within.
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK This book is highly relevant to those who are on the quest to discover their leadership abilities, and to those who want to fully maximize the potentials of leadership within them. This book also seeks to help those who don’t have leadership in them, but want to be leaders.
RECOMMENDABILITY OF THE BOOK They say that the art of leadership begins with the ability to be a follower. I would recommend this book for all who are ready to break the frontiers of followership and emerge as effective and passionate leader. This book is also useful for leadership on all level and platforms. Once you adhere to the irrefutable laws you are sure to maximize your leadership abilities and emerge as a renowned leader of your time.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK The book is a very unique, compared to other types of books because it is a leadership book. Also, compared to other leadership books which have being written by other authors, the book cuts through all the process of being a good leader. The approach that John C. Maxwell took in writing this book has never being taken by any other author. The book is a self-development book. Let us also not that this is a motivational book, not a spiritual book, which is why the author did not use scriptural backings for his examples or statements.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK The book is original because this book came from the direct thoughts of the author. It is also original because the author used different life examples from people of the past to people in the present.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK The book is too lengthy, which might make readers get tired of reading the book. The author also failed to explain most of his points clearly.

This book can be said to be an inspirational book although. The writer of the book as able to list out and explain 21 laws which he has propounded as laws that can make an individual a leader, he also explains his points through the use of tangible examples ant not abstracts. He uses his personal experiences and experiences of some great men and women in the past like Abraham Lincoln, Mother Theresa. The writer was able to adopt some quotes from some great men and women. I would say the book is original in the sense that most of the things he talked about were based on his experiences as a leadership teacher for a very long period of time. This also makes the book unique because the writer of the book employs his own style which is going straight to the point. The writer also economised the use of words in this book, he chooses words that are concise and straight to the points, which can be understood by an average reader and this was its strength as it can be easily understood. Most of the chapters are few except for a few that is lengthy. The writer has also made notable contributions as he has taught and addressed several people on leadership in several countries. One of the weak points of the book is that the writer talked about some people as not being good leaders which is more like criticising these people and also the name of the book sounds more like a spiritual book and it was expected to have some bible backups but it wasn’t there. The book was first published in 1998 and later in 2007 where various improvements and additions was made on the book to buttress the points already made and it is still relevant in this generation as there are still people that aspire to be good leaders and this book will help provide some vital information’s for these set of people. For this reason, I would recommend this book to everyone that desires to be a good leader as this book provides some of the steps that a good leader should take to be the leader he wants to be. Such as Recognize that you may not know what you need to know to lead effectively and start learning. Recognize your lack of skill and begin the daily discipline of personal growth in leadership. UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK The 21 laws of leadership is a book on leadership that I think should be in everyone's personal or professional library. The book contains real life examples of leadership principles that are easily transferred to any work environment or field. This book explores the principles that are needed for leadership& the practical steps to take to develop true leadership in our lives& that of others. Dr Maxwell is widely known as one of the best book sellers with 40years of experience. He is an expert in leadership so he used a straight forward and a concise style of writing to buttress his leadership principles for easy comprehension. SHORT COMINGS OF THE BOOK Apart from the greatness of this book it still has some short comings. Firstly it is too lengthy; each point could be expressed properly in a simplified form without too much wordiness. He made use of different hyperbole throughout the book which was confusing he would have just used a common universal language that is generally accepted to express his idea. I disagree with what he said “When talented teams don’t win, examine the leadership.” People generally just want to pursue their self ambitions so I think that if a team doesn`t win it’s not really the fault of the leadership it might just be the talented team members trying to achieve their individual goals thereby destroying the main goal of the team. This book didn't address the question of whether or not the figures he chose to use as examples in his book were born with these characteristics or were these characteristics developed over time. However, if future leaders/readers are looking for a step-by-step leadership formula then Maxwell's book provides the perfect combination. The book is still good notwithstanding all these shortcomings. THE ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK Due to his 30 yrs of leadership experience i feel that his work is original. He combined insights learned from his thirty-plus years of leadership successes and mistakes with observations from the worlds of business, politics, sports, religion, and military conflict which clearly make me believe that it was his original thought or idea. CONTRIBUTION MADE Contributions were made by many other authors who felt that his work was good but it had its shortcomings. They include Zachary Burt, Phil Campbell, Marion Aldridge, Rob Seder, and Julie A. Fleming etc. The contributions made by the author were also good. RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK The book is still relevant today because everybody will need leadership principles in their life endeavours. You can`t be a success or make impact without being a good leader. This book was published in 2002& since then till now the need for leadership keeps increasing so the book is still relevant now& also in the future. It is a relevant guide for top leaders& young generational leaders like us that will love to take up leadership positions in future. The best four relevant laws include the law of legacy, sacrifice, timing& influence. TIMELINESS It is still timely as it was when it was published in October 8 2002 and now. All the laws stated are still needful now& forever. It is even better now that everybody wants to be a president, governor, senator, L.G chairman etc. It will help them in their different leadership post& tenures. RECOMMENDATION Yes I will recommend this book to everybody especially those people that want to become leaders in future or people pursuing any leadership post now or those that are already leaders in various fields.

REVIEWER: EVBODAGHE AIMIEN OSERERE ISBN-10: 0785264051 ISBN-13: 978-0785264057 LANGUAGE: ENGLISH UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: Generally, the 21 laws of leadership is a book on leadership as opposed to other historical books and books on literature. When compared to other leadership books, its uniqueness is seen in the way that the writer makes use of diagrams to enhance better understanding and acronyms to enable the message stick to the minds of the readers. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK: In the book, the writer taught about living your message and practicing what you preach. This makes me wonder, if he knew so much about leadership, why is he not one of the greatest leaders. He is not even in the white house. This is just like creating a product and not using it. It does not go down well with the consumers. ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK: I have not come across most of the materials mentioned in the book before, so i am convinced that they are not someone else’s work. Also he introduced a new thought about the leader’s potential being determined by those closest to him. i.e. the law of the inner circle. CONTRIBUTION MADE: I feel that this book has made an impact in the lives of all who have read it. Whether or not they choose to be leaders, they may find themselves applying some of these laws from time to time. RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK: The law of the big mo is relevant because nowadays, many leaders have great visions for their people but lack the ability to create a picture of this vision in the minds of their followers as a result of which the desired results are not achieved. However, when a leader has momentum, nearly any kind of change is possible in an organisation. Therefore, this is relevant to all leaders. TIMELINESS: The book was published on the 8th of October 2002 and it is just as timely now as it was then because all the laws of leadership mentioned in the book still apply till date. RECOMMENDABILITY: Yes, I would recommend this book not just to leaders but to everyone who would like to be taken seriously and wants to stand out in whatever they do.
OLOWU OYINKANSOLA, 09BE08977 TITLE: The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership AUTHOR: John .C. Maxwell PUBLISHER: Thomas Nelson publishers. PLACE OF PUBLICATION: Nashville, Tennessee, USA YEAR OF PUBLICATION: 1998 NUMBER OF PAGES: 231 pages PRICE: Hard cover- N2, 500 REVIEWER: Olowu Oyinkansola John Maxwell is renowned speaker, writer and minister. He has written about twenty- four books on leadership and The 21 Irrefutable laws of leadership is one of them. In this book, he highlights 21 laws to be a leader and some of them are the law of the lid, the law of respect, the law of intuition. Uniqueness Maxwell has written this book in such a way that its uniqueness is based on simple language and the use of stories and illustrations to answer the questions of leadership which is unlike other leadership books who use more of statistics and facts in their books. Originality The originality of this book is based on the use of practical and real examples with proverbs. He gives vivid examples of known stories and adds his own thoughts and experiences to back it up. Relevance The book is very relevant to as many that aspire to be great leaders. The outlined points on each chapter give a round up definition of what each law is about making it easier for readers to understand. Timeliness It is timely now because leadership seems to be the major problem in nations across the world now, especially with the unending news about violence, wars e.t.c. all because of leadership problems and this book illustrates the way out, it was also timely as at the time it was produced because Maxwell believed that leadership principles are constant around the globe therefore it was needed. Contributions There were no contributions made in the book. Shortcomings There were a few shortcomings however in the sense that, he criticized some other leadership books saying that they were not leadership books but management books and some examples he gave about people mostly criticized them for their inability to be leaders. He should probably have kept the people anonymous. Recommendation All in all, the book is a book I will recommend because it is easy to read and understand and if you are on the quest to being a leader then Maxwell’s book is the right book to guide you.
TITLE OF BOOK: 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. NUMBER OF PAGES:309 PRICE:2500 NAIRA. REVIEWER: KUSA JESUTOBI OLUTOLA. (09BE08963) Uniqueness: The book is a unique book in the sense that it deals with a topic-leadership- which not so many good books can be found. Among other leadership books this book stands out as it is short and easy to breeze through for busy businessmen. Shortcomings: John Maxwell didn’t talk about longsuffering and tolerance. This plays a major role in leadership. It’s important to have these in order to be a good leader. Originality: The book is quite original. Because the ideas were not copied from any other book. The ideas are fresh to a large extent. Only a few laws like laws of respect and connection have been around in other books fot some time.
Contributions Made: This book has helped redefine the reader’s perception of leadership, the requirements and sacrifices involved in being a good leader. Relevance: The book is relevant to the everyday life of every literate person who is interested because it beaks down the principles of leadership into applicable little laws. Timeliness: This book is was timely when it was published because of the wave of industrialisation and booming businesses The book is still very timely. In the sense that this is a period when the wave of industrialisation has not subsided and business organizations are springing up in every corner. Hence, everyone wants to be a leader. Recommendability: This book is highly essential and a must-read for established and upcoming entrepreneurs. Also leadership oriented people in and outside business organizations.
Matric number: 09BE08952 Title: the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership Author: John C. Maxwell Publisher: Thomas nelson Place of publication: united states of america Number of pages: 231 Price: 2,500 Reviewer: Delano Olayide. Uniqueness: the uniqueness of the book is evident in the simplicity of the languge, some other books on leadership use technical words for a specific audience for example businee men, politicians which will hinder some people from reading such books. This book cuts across to a wide readership because the author came down to the level of the readers any technical word used will be explained to aid the readers to understand. it can be read by anybody who knows how to read and write and has the interest to become an impactful leader. Shortcomings of the book: the aspect of using complex illustrations through graphs and tables was difficult for the reader to break down the meanings. The readers would have loved to see an introduction into what leadership is before giving the laws of leadership. The originality of the book: the book was well printed on cream pages and typed in the blocked format of writing. There was a suitable copyright which was in 1998 by Maxwell motivation. They were in medium fonts that were visible to the reader. It has revised edition which is quite smaller and cheaper than the originally made. There is access to the book summary which is free while the book itself is sold on net. The book was free from piracy because it has a licence which denies other people to illegally copying his contents in the book. The laws are not new but the format to which it was taken was new. Contribution: this book has inspired politicians, business men, students, church leaders and educationists and many of them are witnesses because the laws are easy to understand and each can be used for daily activities. Start a day with one of the laws and it will go a long way in realising one’s aspirations in being a leader people will follow. Relevance: it is relevant because research has found out that everybody wants others to be under them without none actually taking up the challenge to lead and people will follow them, so this problem has been addressed with this book giving every individual a sense of responsibility. It is relevant to people who have the interest and have shown it by developing their skills. Timeliness: it was published in 1998. It is timely and now because the world is a place filled with leaders of high and low repute. Leaders come up every day with the aim of leading, fro example the country Nigeria is going on with the 2011 general elections and new leaders are elected into office. This book is relevant now for the leaders to help them meet the needs of their followers who voted them in. Recommendability: our recommend this book to Nigerian leaders especially for the newly voted leaders, youths and the persons who are interested in leading a people someday.
MATRIC NO: 09BE08938 TITLE: 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN C MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TENESSE, UNITED STATES NO OF PAGES: 290 PRICE OF BOOK: N 2,500 ISBN: 10! 0785264051 LANGUAGE: ENGLISH REVIEWER: OLAYEMI ORIRE AIYEDEHIN UNIQUENESS: 21 laws of leadership is unique because its main aim is to make great leaders, it gives 21 laws of leadership that can improve the readers sense of leadership. This book is also different from other books that talk about leadership because first of all the author titled his book 21 laws of leadership, he made what he wants us to know about leadership laws and he also broke them into 21 parts, unlike when you read other leadership books, they just write what they think you should do as a leader, what leadership is about and things like that, but John c Maxwell makes you feel you have to follow those laws to be a great leader. SHORTCOMINGS: The book majorly focuses on Australian leadership culture and does not really say anything about American leadership and the author does not back up some of his sayings especially with Christian scriptures. ORIGINALITY: A few thoughts are not copied but things generally known but all in all I think the ideas in the book are from the intuition of the author. CONTRIBUTION MADE: The author John c Maxwell said he goes to other countries like America, and other international countries to talk about leadership. RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK: The book is relevant because help people learn and improve their leadership skills. “THE LAW OF INFLUENCE” is one of the very relevant laws, because people really want to know how to influence their follower’s minds so they would respect and follow their lead. This book is relevant to adults, youths and every body who wants to learn how to be a great leader in their work place, schools, etc. TIMELINESS: When it was published it was timely and it is still timely now because people still need to learn about leadership. RECOMMENDATION: I recommend this book, because the author captures all the necessities of a good leader in an interesting and understanding way and it would also help to improve the leadership skills of the readers.
MATRIC NUMBER: 09BE08993 AUTHOR: JOHN .C. MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON IN OCT 2002 PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TENNESSE NUMBER OF PAGES: 290 PRICE: 2500 ISBN: 10: 0785264051 LANGUAGE: ENGLISH REVIEWER: MARY OLAOLUWADUNNI SAPPOR UNIQUENESS: This book packages the 21 ideal steps to follow in becoming a good leader. With good use of words and simplicity in the writer’s form of writing, he makes the book self explicit and well understood, giving steps and guidelines to follow and examples from other people. The packaging of the book is attractive making you want to purchase and the content of the book has an ideal way of making you become a leader. SHORTCOMINGS: One of the shortcomings for me is that the author did not relate his book to scriptural passages in the Bible. I think that if the author had given examples from the Bible he would not only attract the normal readers but also religious readers who read only religious books and also make the book more life changing. ORIGINALITY: The book unlike other books gave us just 21 laws of leadership. John Maxwell was direct, concise, and straight to the point and wasn’t beating around the bush. Most of the things he wrote about are things he had learnt through his years of personal experience as a motivational speaker, teacher and leader making him mostly self taught in his field LEADERSHIP. RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK: The book is still very relevant because we need leaders in our everyday lives. It is relevant for the existing and upcoming generation and it is a book that can still be read till the end of time. RECOMMENDABILITY: This book is recommended for everybody but mostly the youth and those who are aspiring to be leaders in their environment and society.
09BE08968; Ocheja Maria. TITLE: 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. AUTHOR: John Calvin Maxwell PUBLISHER: Thomas Nelson PLACE OF PUBLICATION: Nashville, Tennessee NUMBER OF PAGES: 306 pages. PRICE: N2 500 REVIEWER: Ocheja, Maria.
A ‘captivating tablet’ on how to adopt the steps and skills of Leadership; John C. Maxwell outlines these details and strategies in his text “21 irrefutable Laws of Leadership”. John C. Maxwell is known for his nearly in-born works and personal performance on Leadership; a motivational speaker whose shepherding is of Christian-based foundation and utmost self-disciplined moral in this text seeks to grammatically express to its esteemed readers the easy and defined ways to apply the skills of leadership on their everyday lives. This leadership life-saver was published by Thomas Nelson in Nashville Tennessee, consisting of three hundred and six interesting pages and sold for two thousand five hundred Nigerian Naira. Uniqueness: In relation to other works, John Calvin Maxwell dwells on leadership skills on all the spheres of life and not just basic laws or on illustrations only. He talks about a social, physical, emotional/mental view on leadership, the main uniqueness is that he does not only concentrate on a particular sphere, it is all encompassing. Shortcoming: In this text ’21 Irrefutable laws of leadership’, Maxwell believes that ‘The skills for leadership is perfected over time’ he places emphasis on this statement as if everybody is born to lead. Whereas no matter how some other people try and quest to be leaders, their plans fall through. Originality (Leadership): John Calvin Maxwell is known solely for his insatiable quest for fulfilling leadership so do his works/publications depict. He is known for one thing: Leadership and his works prove that he lives by it. Contribution Made: Contributions were made by Stephen R. Corey and Co-author Wetzel Charlie. Relevance: This would be of maximum importance to leaders who would want to make unforgettable impact within their society. The striking ways to which the author outlines these strategies would encourage its readers to adopt this ways. Timeliness. It is a no-time bound book. It is relevant in good, present and past times. It is like a medicine, set out to heal. It works all the time. Recommend ability. In my opinion, I would specifically recommend this text for Nigerian leaders (Either Traditional Leaders, Local, State and Federal Government Leaders), no matter the religion that they uphold, it is a MUST-READ for advancement on Leadership in our society. I also recommend it for up-coming youths, pastors and traditional rulers who want to change or enhance change in their society in the present or coming future.
TITLE OF THE BOOK: The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership AUTHOR: John C. Maxwell PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON DATE OF PUBLICATION: September (1998, 2007) PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TENNESSE NUMBER OF PAGES: 309 PRICE: N2, 500 ISBN-10: 0785289356 REVIEWER: Bello Abibat
UNIQUESNESS: The book ‘21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership’ are the simply laws of leadership if followed to the book will have people following you. This is a unique book that addresses the need for quality leaders in our society amidst other leadership books. Aside from this, the manner of writing encourages readers to understand, the highlighting of points or themes of the books helps business people who don’t have enough time to read the actual book have an idea of the book. The author makes use of principle that actually work and can be practiced by anyone who is committed. The first law about one’s ability to lead and how this affects your potential to lead and the other 20 laws simply enhances ones understanding and application of this principle. This truth is quite commendable. SHORT COMINGS: Maxwell does not directly explain what makes the McDonalds’ leadership lid low and Ray Kroc’s leadership lid high in the first law. Maxwell uses historical figures throughout the book to demonstrate the key leadership traits/laws he is explaining. However he does not articulate how those historical figures came to acquire these traits. In his eight law, he explains the importance of intuition to leadership yet he writes that there are some people who will never see it after clearly stating that everyone is capable of developing a degree of leadership intuition. The use of contrast in this law is brings about a negative idea from the actual meaning of the book which is to help everyone develop their leadership skills. He was a bit judgmental when he made reference to positional leaders. “Some leaders have problems with the Law of Connection because they believe that connecting is the responsibility of the follower. That is especially true of positional leaders. ORIGINALITY The content of book can be said to be that of the author and not a copy of another person’s work although he makes use of the Financial Services Company E. F. Hutton motto, “When E.F. Hutton speaks, people listen when he said “when the real leader speaks, people do listen”.
CONTRIBUTION The author made use of encouraging wise sayings at the end of every law. This could be referred to as his contribution to every man aside writing the book as this sayings stay with a reader as reference and check points. RELEVANCY This book is relevant to the society as a whole. The book has a very large target audience- every one that wants to be a leader. The author addresses a topic of utmost importance to every living creature expect those who have made up their mind to be followers through his outlined laws to leadership.
TIMELINESS The timing of the book is very profitable and useful as no society has complained of having too many quality leaders but of not having enough quality leaders which this book addresses and encourages. “To lead yourself, use your head; to lead others, use your heart” Leaders of the hearth not the head.
RECOMMENDATION Notwithstanding the shortcomings of this book, the book is worth ones time as the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Vern Clark, recently added this book to three others that he recommends every naval officer read. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to stand out as successful especially the youths.
TOSIN ADO-IMOISILI 09BE08936 TITLE: 21 IRREFUTABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN C. MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON PLACE OF PUBLICATION: TENNESSEE U.S.A NUMBER OF PAGES: 309 PRICE: N2, 500 REVIEWER: TOSIN ADO-IMOISILI 09BE08936
UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: this book I consider to be unique in its presentation of facts. The book 21 irrefutable laws of leadership is a book that touches on various, if not all aspects of leadership. It explains who a leader is, what makes them unique, their responsibilities, principles, attitude and even the right mind-set that guides the path of a successful leader. I also consider the book to be unique because unlike other books on leadership where the authors focus on the spiritual, management or political aspects of leadership, this particular book touches aspects that covers all. It makes use of illustrations, explanations and even wise sayings to buttress his points and provide more understanding. The book also distinguishes true leadership by stating and distinguishing true leadership from misconceptions or myths about leadership. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK: obviously the uniqueness of the book immensely overshadows the short comings of the book, but in spite of its uniqueness, there are a few shortcomings too. I especially noted where he was explaining the law of influence, he mentioned that true leadership cannot be awarded, appointed, or assigned it comes only from influence. I would particularly count this as a shortcoming, because I believe that true leadership is a function of how well you are able to nurture the leadership seed in you and not just by influence. Although in this book the author tries not to be religious, most of his points would have been made more substantial if he had taken cues from the word of God, because I believe that true leadership is not strongly rooted except it is rooted in God.
ORIGINALITY: according to the use of illustrations, examples and the careful alignment of thoughts, it is very evident that the book was written based on mostly experience and knowledge. The author john c. Maxwell makes extensive use of his knowledge from his thirty years of experience of being a leader and practical illustrations and explanations to drive home his points. Therefore I would conclude that the book was based on originality of thought of the author. CONTRIBUTIONS: in the book there were little or no contributions made, they mere merely quotations from other significant persons such as Jackie Robinson, Benjamin Disraelli, Costco’s CEO, Jim Sinegal and so on.
Relevance: the book is very relevant in the aspect of grooming yourself to be a successful leader in whatever endeavor be it in an organization, motivational, political and so on
TIMELINESS: the book was relevant as at the time it was written and is still relevant till date and will still be relevant in a very long time.
RECOMMENDABILITY: I would recommend this book to those who have chosen to be good leaders and are willing to nurture the leadership seed in them no matter what it takes. This book is meant for people who are willing to give what it takes to be a good leader, so I recommend it to such individuals.
Title: 21 laws of leadership Author: John Maxwell Publisher: Thomas nelson Place of publication: Tennessee USA No. of pages: 306 Reviewer: Okolie Chibuzor 09BE08973
UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: The book is quite unique from other leadership books. It is also written by an author who knows what he is doing. In this book, the author made use of relevant example to illustrate his point; he also explained his point in a manner that the reader will understand. Another technique that the author used is that he wrote it in a way that they is a mutual understanding between the reader and the author. ORIGINALLITY OF THE BOOK: Although they are other book on leadership, this book has originality; the author used a different approach about the topic. The author really knows what he is talking about. CONTRIBUTIONS MADE Stephen R.Covey; Charlie Wetzel contributed to this book. SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK The author book is good but at the same time it is presented as individual strategies, rather than as an overall method for leadership. This might make it complicated for a manager to directly apply these leadership techniques to the everyday management process. The author, in his book said management is inferior to leadership. This can be offensive to someone in a managing position. RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK The book is relevant to leader of all levels and age and those who want to become leaders in future. It can art as a guide line to leadership. TIMELINESS It’s timely to the readers when it was published and it is also timely to the reader now. And it will be relevant in future. RECOMMENDABILTY I recommend this book to all types of leader. And those who want to be leader someday, am talking about the youth.

RELEVANCE: It has a high relevance to society as a whole most especially people who are aspiring to be a leader and the politicians themselves. It also has a lot of relevance to the youth because they are the leaders of tomorrow. TIMELINESS: The book is still relevant today because the content in the book is to be remembered for life. Even the younger generation can go back to the book and get some knowledge about leadership. The book might be old but the content is something you can hold for life. RECOMMENDATION: I will recommend this book to anybody who wants to be a leader and the people who are already leaders.

THE UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: The book as so many uniqueness, the very first and the most important is that the author’s facts are accurate, the book does it work it has the ability to inspire and change the way on which the reader acted before to the present day, this is so because the twenty-one laws enlisted in the book are self explanatory. THE SHORT COMINGS OF A BOOK: The first is the fact that it lacks biblical involvement; this means that the author did not support his facts with the prospect of the word of God. Another short coming is the quotes he borrowed to use where seen offensive by some countries or city, because they believe that the author is trying to impact the knowledge of where he comes from into them instead of his book. THE ORIGINALITY: When talking about the quality of a book, I believe the book 21irrefutable laws of leadership qualifies to be called quality, the originality of the book is derived from the way he outlined his ways of leadership and explained to a satisfying level. He talked about how to become a leader, what are things that he or she is doing wrong that does not signify them as a leader and he proves the solution most readers want a book that contains answers to a book that asks question, so that is also one of it’s originality. THE CONTRIBUTION MODE: The contributions were from Stephen. R. Corey and his co-author Wetzel Charlie. RELEVANCE: The book is very relevant to the readers, because it helps to solve an everyday problem that people are trying really hard to hide; the relevance of the book is seen because of the responses received by the author from the readers so show how interested they are in the book. TIMELINESS: At the time it was produced it was needed by people and till date people still need the book, which means that the book passes the qualification of timeliness, it is still a want in the market at large. RECOMMEDABILITY: The book can be recommended to youths at large trying to climb their way up to the glory, and also to adults that just don’t know how to leave a position to another, it should be recommended for professionals and business tycoons.

USORO EDIMA UDO MASS COMMUNICATION 09BE08998 200LEVEL This art review is on a painting: “Mona Lisa” also known as Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, La Giaconda or La Joconde (wife of Francesco del Giaconda.) This work was made by Leonardo di ser Piero Da Vinci in the 16th century or either1503 or1504 and for over 500years, is still the only copy in the world. This work was made during the Renaissance in Florence, Italy. Da Vinci made this painting for himself and loved it so much. He took it everywhere he went but eventually sold it to François I. We can say that his works were typical to that period of time because there were a lot of art works during that time but there was none like his own. Leonardo’s work was originally located in Italy but is currently owned but the government of France and is on display at the Musée du Louvre in Paris under the title Portrait of Lisa Gherardini, wife of Francesco del Giaconda. Mona Lisa is oil painting on a poplar wood pane. It is a half length portrait: 77 x 53 cm (30 x 20 7/8 inches. To execute this, he used a pyramid design to place the woman simply and calmly in the space of the painting. This art work is the figure of a woman dressed in Florentine fashion of her day and seated in a visionary, mountainous landscape. The artist lays emphasis on her face and is able to get many character traits and different emotions. This painting is done on a flat surface as her breast, neck and face glow in the same light that models her hands. The light gives the variety of living surfaces an underlying geometry of spheres and circles which creates the visual impression of distance between the sitter and the observer. The armrest of the chair functions as a dividing element between Mona Lisa and the viewer. Since the brightly lit face is practically framed with various much darker elements (hair, veil, shadows), the observer's attraction to Mona Lisa's face is brought to even greater extent. The blurred outlines, graceful figure, dramatic contrasts of light and dark and overall feeling of calm are characteristic of Leonardo's style. The picture is currently kept under strict, climate-controlled conditions in its bulletproof glass case. The humidity is maintained at 50% ±10%, and the temperature is maintained between 18 and 21 °C. To compensate for fluctuations in relative humidity, the case is supplemented with a bed of silica gel treated to provide 55% relative humidity. In my opinion, i consider Mona Lisa to be the most famous painting in the world due to its ambiguity. There are many great painters that perhaps may even be better than Da Vinci but no other painter has been able to express the facial expression of the human character with such accuracy ad Leonardo. It seems natural that every time someone looks at the painting from different directions, one sees something different. This leaves behind a sense of mystery and confusion.
ART WORK REVIEW TITLE OF ART WORK: ALLEY BY THE LAKE Alley by the lake is an art work painting painted by the artist Leonid Afremov, who is originally from Europe. The size of the art work is 24"x36" x 3/4", while the condition is excellent, the medium used in this artwork is oil on canvas the estimated value of the art work is $1,150 and was originally sold for $2,235 while the type of this artwork is Acrylic Painting on Canvas / Giclee. This is original oil on canvas. The artist used only a palette-knife for painting. He did not use a brush in this painting. He used only natural oil paint and 100% pure cotton canvas. In the background the artist made use of the tree and the streetlights and that puddle, he also made use of strokes and complementary colors, combining cold and warm colors and also combined fiery reds and watery coolness which worked perfectly well. This artwork has been sold on the 04/17/2009 therefore not available in the market any more. The dominant colors used in this artwork are black, different shade of blue, brown and yellow The background of this painting is a long stretch of orange trees on the left, and rain and clouds covering the rest. The painting is a landscape painting combining both cool watery by the left side of the artwork and reds comprising of lights and trees at the right side. This artwork is a 2 dimensional piece of art and it is painted on a flat surface, he made used of flowing, straight, angular, vertical lines, thereby creating triangular shapes where all the objects in the artwork met i.e. the lake, the trees, and the road. He made use of both warm and cool colors and created a good combination of both and every thing in the painting suggests to be fading in an angular direction which suggests that the artwork is a flowing piece. We can see the unity of all the element in the artwork pertaining where they all meet thereby creating a balance in the artwork, all the elements in the painting creates rhythms because of how they all blended and combined together. To me this artwork is really a master piece because of his combination of warm and cool colors and his stroke and also been able to combine so many themes into one and also nice and balanced colors which makes the scene come alive and I also think his style is unique.
TITLE OF THE BOOK: 21 LAWS OF LEADERSHIP AUTHOR: JOHN .C. MAXWELL PUBLISHER: THOMAS NELSON PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE NO. OF PAGES: 309 REVIEWER: AKUBOH VANESSA .C. MATRIC NO.: 09BE08944 Ok, frankly speaking before this assignment Leadership books were a no go area for me because they seemed boring but this was a little different because it didn’t just tell me what to do, it made me participate via the tests at the end of the book and I guess that is because John .C. Maxwell, an ordained minister, professional speaker, Author of more than the same six and a half dozen books, founder of four companies and an expert on leadership, a leader of leaders, and developer of leaders knows just how to cut-it! This book is a unique book because it came from the stables of The John Maxwell Company which is the only renowned leadership development organization focused solely on helping individuals and organizations live out the proven leadership principles taught by John C. Maxwell making this book among others very unique with practical examples to buttress his points. The basis of Maxwell's teaching is that leadership principles are constant everywhere regardless of the varied nature of human being sand that the 21 laws can be learned, are independent, carry consequences with them regardless of occupation, location on the globe and through the millennia and are the foundation for leadership. For the great leaders, this daily dedication and sacrifice dignifies them and enriches us because in summary, it teaches you that personnel determine the potential of the organization, relationships determine the morale of the organization; Structure determines the size of the organization; Vision determines the direction of the organization; Leadership determines the success of the organization to mention a few. In the final paragraph of the 21st Law, Maxwell notes, "When all is said and done, your ability as a leader will not be judged by what you achieved personally or even by what your team accomplished during your tenure. You will be judged by how well your people and your organization did after you were gone." What makes this book work for me is that it will help both upcoming and experienced leaders to increase their experiences, sharpen their skills, gain a standpoint, and identify areas for further development and besides Maxwell provides a section at the end of the main text for readers to evaluate themselves. Maxwell's book is indeed a good place to begin as your leadership ability – for better or for worse – always determines your effectiveness and the potential impact of your organization. Never the less, Maxwell trails of and begins another idea without completing the previous one. For instance, Maxwell does not directly explain what made the McDonalds’ leadership lid low and Ray Kroc’s leadership lid high. In addition, this book that is sold along with Christian literature- apart from Maxwell’s practical insights- has little reference to the bible. Also, this book which is supposed to address an international audience makes reference to only Americans with only America-related examples. The book is also basically about his achievements- what he has done- which may leave readers on the offensive at the end of the read. For instance, “As I mentioned in previous chapters, I sometimes teach leadership outside the United States. Over the years I’ve held conferences in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Korea, New Zealand, Nigeria and South Africa. In addition, my books have been translated into more than twenty languages, and my tapes are distributed to countries all around the globe. So I know my leadership principles have travelled far…” I do not believe that this book is exhausting of the leadership laws nor is it “irrefutable” however, undermining these shortcomings, this book is a must read, because it is full with loads of useful, clever and practical insights into the process of being a leader if of course you read it without bias….

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
The book is a very good book and will make impact and bring out the leadership qualities inherent in the readers.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK
Apart from the positive uniqueness of the book, there are also some shortcoming which was that he made use of some examples which could not be understood by people who are not citizens of the united states or have not travelled there. Though, the book contains useful information it is also too lengthy.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK
One could clearly know from the reading of this book that it is original from the author’s own thought through the examples he cited, through the manner of which he explained
the laws, through his vast experience on the topic of leadership.
CONTRIBUTIONS MADE
Contributions were made by Stephen R.Covey, Charlie Wetzel who was the writing partner of the writer.
RELEVANCE
This book is very relevant especially in handling life matters because leadership is the core of man’s existence.
TIMELINESS
When the book was published it was relevant and till now it is still relevant but I think it is more relevant now than before.
RECOMMENDABILTY
I recommend this book to all leaders at all levels, both in public and private institutions because when all the laws are in place it will improve the nation as a whole.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK:
Well the authors made use of relevant and value of a leader, he explained every thing in full details making his readers most especially me understand the value of being a good leader.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK
I see the author does not make use of scriptural references to drive home is point, most motivational authors i know of make use of these to convey their message E.g. David Oyedepo. He made a statement in his book that you have to give up to go up which to me does not make much sense to me and he does not give any meaning to is statement.
ORGINALITY:
The author indeed know what he is writing about, he takes his time to give in- depth details about the role of leadership . Like every motivational authors it is not new to some people what the author is passing across to its various readers. He is not saying anything new but he his taking a different approach toward.
CONTRIBUTION:
Its teaches its readers about the role of leadership and gives more advise on roles of being a good leaders.
RELEVANCE:
The book is very much useful to every follower and leaders who seek to improve themselves in various aspect where they are lagging behind in their leadership responsibility. As i said earlier the most relevant is the law of sacrifice.
RECOMMENDABILITY:
The book is recommended to every human because he gives vivid detail on how to be a good leader and also how to make sure your not selfish to your followers, making us understand that once you are a leader you don’t think of your self at all but your followers.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
You can see how practical this kind of book could be. We bumble around for much of our lives, and stumble over these "laws," trying to learn to be leaders, often not understanding what went wrong. With some clear direction -- and that's what Maxwell provides -- you'll be able to grow more quickly as a leader.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK
The book is very original because John C. For instance, when explaining "The Law of Influence," Maxwell states that "job titles don't have much value when it comes to leading
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK
The book is relevant to aspiring leaders because some of the laws deal with important characteristics and qualities of a leader also relevant for church leaders also because this is a book to absorb and then circulate among your lay leaders to raise their level of leadership. This will also be an appreciated gift to a business executive.
CONTRIBUTION MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE
Zig Ziglar who forwarded the book, and the 10th anniversary was forwarded by Stephen. R. Covey
SHORTCOMING OF THE BOOK
Maxwell’s book is great at providing tips for being a good leader; however, there are a few problems with the presentation of the book.
RECOMMENDATION OF THE BOOK
That said, I would recommend The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership to other public relations students.
TIMELINESS
The book was very important then even till now the book was first published September 18, 1998 and another was published on the 8th of September 2007.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK the book is unique in terms of other books written by Maxwell in that it is more detailed than other of his books.
It was timely in 1997 and 2007 and will always be because at every point in time humans need a leader and this book cloud be of relevance to that potential leader
RECOMMENDATION this book is useful to all youths and adults who want to make a better life for themselves

Uniqueness of the book
The book 21 Laws of leadership is quite different from a number of books that are in the same field with it, it’s a hard-cover book with a protector. John in writing this piece clearly explores the various ways by which a leader can be effective; he distinguishes himself from himself from other authors by the use of graphs and illustrations.
Shortcomings of the book
Despite the fact that he is well knowledgeable in the leadership meadow, he does not fully consider the hindrances people could face in trying to obey the laws he had postulated. The language of the material is scholarly herby limiting the audience teach to a certain strata of the people.
Originality of the Book
Maxwell in putting this book together was quite original, as he constantly made reference to his personal experiences as a leader, hereby making his points as direct and personal as possible.
Contribution Made
The foreword was written by Stephen Covey, friend and long time partner of John as fellow leadership expert, also he picked a few remarkable quotes from expert thinkers, like J. R Miller
Relevance
The book is relevant as it allows for readers to adapt to the laws and make it suit their various positions of leadership. The book is relevant to everyone who is being looked up to for everything and everyone who is in the training ground for future leadership.
Timeliness
As at 1998, when the book was first published, it had significance as the charismatic move of leadership was just beginning, and there was a need to educate individuals on how best to carry followers along, In 2007, when a recent version was published, it was still relevant because there seemed to have being a shift from the integrity and service based orientation of leaders worldwide, so Maxwell’s piece was and is still very much relevant in our everyday life as leaders and aspiring leaders as well.
Recommend-ability
This book would be useful to individuals in positions of authority, those who would be desire to take over leadership points, this is so because all the steps in ensuring successful leadership are explained by Maxwell by his audience.

Shortcomings of the book
The book shortcomings had to do with the fact that it was too long.
The author is actually not saying anything new but the approach he has towards him made the whole thing interesting and people will always want to know more about the book unlike other motivational speakers like him
The book simply teaches on how to be a good leader and ways you can actually achieve that.
Relevance
The book is very relevant to human life because it basically tells us about being a leader which everyone would be in position of at one time or the other which actually makes us more useful and feel as if you are doing more than what you can do.
Recomendability
The book is recommended for everyone who is able to read and comprehend it.in short for everyone who can make sense out of it because at a point or the order you have been a follower and also you want to be a leader.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
In this book, the author, John C.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK
The book, although a very good one is quite lengthy. Not every one has the time and patience to read a leadership book of such volume. The writer also uses some words that may not be understood by some other individuals in an intellectual level lower than his. e.g. a young girl of twelve.
ORIGINALITY
The author, John C.
TIMELINESS
The book is very timely. It will never run out of style because the struggle by people to become successful and to be higher than their peers never gets old.
RELEVANCE
This book is relevant and important to every individual who wants to be a leader. Irrespective of the person’s age, sex etc. It allows the reader to do what is necessary in the strife to be a leader.
RECOMMENDABILTY
I would recommend this book to people of all ages, whether young or old, male or female. A lot of people want to be leaders. They want to rise above their peers and become ‘frontrunners’ and so the book, will go a long way in helping them to prepare for that. It urges all manners of people to take charge of their lives and make a difference.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK.
- Among every other leadership books, he uses historical figures throughout the book to demonstrate the key leadership laws he is explaining.
- The book is also unique in the sense that it is good and will make people start thinking of being a leader not a follower.
RELEVANCE.
- It is relevant to everybody both young and old, leaders and followers and most especially those followers that want to be leaders of tomorrow.
TIMELINESS
- When it was published till date, it is still very much in line with what is happening at present. It is more timely now because of the kind of leadership role our leaders are playing now.
RECOMMENDABILITY
- I will like to recommend this book to our leaders most especially to those in power like the president, the governor and the rest of them. They should follow all the laws in this book and our country Nigeria will be a great one. I will also recommend this books to teenagers out there and to young entrepreneurs.

Uniqueness: the book 21 laws to leader are unique to other book on leadership in the following ways whish are;
1. Maxwell tried to make the book look really substantial as to stating out the laws of leadership and later defining it properly.
2. The cover of the book is also unique
3. it’s a hard-cover book with a protector
4. The content of the book is astonishing.
5. The book is affordable.
TIMELINESS: 1998, when the book was first published, it had significance as the charismatic move of leadership was just beginning, and there was a need to educate individuals on how best to carry followers along, The book was very important then even till now the book was first published September 18, 1998 and another was published on the 8th of September 2007.
CONTRIBUTION MADE: was written by Stephen Covey, friend and long time partner of John as fellow leadership expert, also he picked a few remarkable quotes from expert thinkers, like J. R Miller

the book is unique in the sense that it has features other motivational books don't have. maxwell took his time in the sense that at the core of Maxwell's thinking is his belief that leadership principles are constant - around the globe, through the millennia, and across occupations. He draws examples freely from all three spectra. He reminds the reader these 21 laws:
can be learned
can stand alone
carry consequences with them
are the foundation of leadership. he presents the book in a way that it should be generally accepted
originality: he presents the book in a different way by not using scriptural backups that others use.
contributions: peter drucker and zig ziglar contributed in making the book a success.
shortcomings : although the book is a unique book, it doesn't present its language in an easy to understand way, it is aimed at mainly the highclass people in the society and it is quite expensive. mainly only those living in the usa can understand the book. recommendations: apart from its shortcomings, it can be highly recommended especially to those who need motivation.

PLACE OF PUBLICATION: NASHVILLE TENNESE
ISBN: - 13:978-0-7852-8935-7
UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
This book is one out of the many numerous books on leadership that have been published.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK
From the title of the book the concept of originality is employed by Maxwell.
SHORT COMINGS OF THE BOOK
John Maxwell fails to include the fact that the art of leadership going beyond how to become a great leader, it goes beyond learning how to be a leader. Putting the leadership virtue to work requires a series of activities to bring about the realization and the ideal leadership qualities that the leader already has within.
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK
This book is highly relevant to those who are on the quest to discover their leadership abilities, and to those who want to fully maximize the potentials of leadership within them. This book also seeks to help those who don’t have leadership in them, but want to be leaders.
RECOMMENDABILITY OF THE BOOK
They say that the art of leadership begins with the ability to be a follower.

The Uniqueness of The Book: The book passes information on how the reader can become great leaders. The qualities of being good leadership were also stipulated for the benefit of the readers.
The Shortcomings of The Book: Since the book was an inspirational book, bible references were meant to be made. There was no illustration pertaining to the bible. Also the laws given in the book were not so specific and it can not be easily applied.
The Originality of the Book: Through John Maxwell’s example, it was shown that there was originality in the books. Live examples of leaders like Abraham Lincoln, Princess Diana and so on.
The Contribution Made to the Book: Contributions were made by Zig Zigler, Stephen R.Covey, Charlie Wetzel who was the writing partner.
The Relevance of the Book: The book is relevant in building leaders all around the world. Also for leaders, to know how to manage their leadership and how to build more on it.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
The book is a very unique, compared to other types of books because it is a leadership book.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK
The book is original because this book came from the direct thoughts of the author. It is also original because the author used different life examples from people of the past to people in the present.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK
The book is too lengthy, which might make readers get tired of reading the book. The author also failed to explain most of his points clearly.
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK
The book is very relevant even in our everyday activities. This book gives great insights on how one can be a good leader. It is also relevant for those in the position of leadership; church leaders (pastors) and employers.
TIMELINESS
The book was very relevant when it was first published and it is still relevant till now. I personally think it is even more relevant now than then.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK
The 21 laws of leadership is a book on leadership that I think should be in everyone's personal or professional library.
SHORT COMINGS OF THE BOOK
Apart from the greatness of this book it still has some short comings.
THE ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK
Due to his 30 yrs of leadership experience i feel that his work is original. He combined insights learned from his thirty-plus years of leadership successes and mistakes with observations from the worlds of business, politics, sports, religion, and military conflict which clearly make me believe that it was his original thought or idea.
CONTRIBUTION MADE
Contributions were made by many other authors who felt that his work was good but it had its shortcomings. They include Zachary Burt, Phil Campbell, Marion Aldridge, Rob Seder, and Julie A. Fleming etc. The contributions made by the author were also good.
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK
The book is still relevant today because everybody will need leadership principles in their life endeavours.
TIMELINESS
It is still timely as it was when it was published in October 8 2002 and now. All the laws stated are still needful now& forever. It is even better now that everybody wants to be a president, governor, senator, L.G chairman etc. It will help them in their different leadership post& tenures.
RECOMMENDATION
Yes I will recommend this book to everybody especially those people that want to become leaders in future or people pursuing any leadership post now or those that are already leaders in various fields.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: Generally, the 21 laws of leadership is a book on leadership as opposed to other historical books and books on literature.

John Maxwell is renowned speaker, writer and minister. He has written about twenty- four books on leadership and The 21 Irrefutable laws of leadership is one of them. In this book, he highlights 21 laws to be a leader and some of them are the law of the lid, the law of respect, the law of intuition.
Uniqueness
Maxwell has written this book in such a way that its uniqueness is based on simple language and the use of stories and illustrations to answer the questions of leadership which is unlike other leadership books who use more of statistics and facts in their books.
Originality
The originality of this book is based on the use of practical and real examples with proverbs. He gives vivid examples of known stories and adds his own thoughts and experiences to back it up.
Relevance
The book is very relevant to as many that aspire to be great leaders. The outlined points on each chapter give a round up definition of what each law is about making it easier for readers to understand.
Timeliness
It is timely now because leadership seems to be the major problem in nations across the world now, especially with the unending news about violence, wars e.t.c. all because of leadership problems and this book illustrates the way out, it was also timely as at the time it was produced because Maxwell believed that leadership principles are constant around the globe therefore it was needed.
Contributions
There were no contributions made in the book.
Shortcomings
There were a few shortcomings however in the sense that, he criticized some other leadership books saying that they were not leadership books but management books and some examples he gave about people mostly criticized them for their inability to be leaders. He should probably have kept the people anonymous.
Recommendation
All in all, the book is a book I will recommend because it is easy to read and understand and if you are on the quest to being a leader then Maxwell’s book is the right book to guide you.

Uniqueness:
The book is a unique book in the sense that it deals with a topic-leadership- which not so many good books can be found.
Among other leadership books this book stands out as it is short and easy to breeze through for busy businessmen.
Shortcomings:
John Maxwell didn’t talk about longsuffering and tolerance. This plays a major role in leadership. It’s important to have these in order to be a good leader.
Originality:
The book is quite original. Because the ideas were not copied from any other book.
The ideas are fresh to a large extent. Only a few laws like laws of respect and connection have been around in other books fot some time.
Contributions Made:
This book has helped redefine the reader’s perception of leadership, the requirements and sacrifices involved in being a good leader.
Relevance:
The book is relevant to the everyday life of every literate person who is interested because it beaks down the principles of leadership into applicable little laws.
Timeliness:
This book is was timely when it was published because of the wave of industrialisation and booming businesses
The book is still very timely. In the sense that this is a period when the wave of industrialisation has not subsided and business organizations are springing up in every corner. Hence, everyone wants to be a leader.
Recommendability:
This book is highly essential and a must-read for established and upcoming entrepreneurs. Also leadership oriented people in and outside business organizations.

UNIQUENESS: 21 laws of leadership is unique because its main aim is to make great leaders, it gives 21 laws of leadership that can improve the readers sense of leadership.

REVIEWER: MARY OLAOLUWADUNNI SAPPOR
UNIQUENESS: This book packages the 21 ideal steps to follow in becoming a good leader.

UNIQUESNESS:
The book ‘21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership’ are the simply laws of leadership if followed to the book will have people following you.
SHORT COMINGS:
Maxwell does not directly explain what makes the McDonalds’ leadership lid low and Ray Kroc’s leadership lid high in the first law.
ORIGINALITY
The content of book can be said to be that of the author and not a copy of another person’s work although he makes use of the Financial Services Company E. F. Hutton motto, “When E.F. Hutton speaks, people listen when he said “when the real leader speaks, people do listen”.
CONTRIBUTION
The author made use of encouraging wise sayings at the end of every law. This could be referred to as his contribution to every man aside writing the book as this sayings stay with a reader as reference and check points.
RELEVANCY
This book is relevant to the society as a whole. The book has a very large target audience- every one that wants to be a leader. The author addresses a topic of utmost importance to every living creature expect those who have made up their mind to be followers through his outlined laws to leadership.
TIMELINESS
The timing of the book is very profitable and useful as no society has complained of having too many quality leaders but of not having enough quality leaders which this book addresses and encourages. “To lead yourself, use your head; to lead others, use your heart” Leaders of the hearth not the head.
RECOMMENDATION
Notwithstanding the shortcomings of this book, the book is worth ones time as the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Vern Clark, recently added this book to three others that he recommends every naval officer read. I recommend this book to everyone who wants to stand out as successful especially the youths.

CONTRIBUTIONS: in the book there were little or no contributions made, they mere merely quotations from other significant persons such as Jackie Robinson, Benjamin Disraelli,
Costco’s CEO, Jim Sinegal and so on.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK:
The book is quite unique from other leadership books. It is also written by an author who knows what he is doing. In this book, the author made use of relevant example to illustrate his point; he also explained his point in a manner that the reader will understand. Another technique that the author used is that he wrote it in a way that they is a mutual understanding between the reader and the author.
ORIGINALLITY OF THE BOOK:
Although they are other book on leadership, this book has originality; the author used a different approach about the topic. The author really knows what he is talking about.
CONTRIBUTIONS MADE
Stephen R.Covey; Charlie Wetzel contributed to this book.
SHORTCOMINGS OF THE BOOK
The author book is good but at the same time it is presented as individual strategies, rather than as an overall method for leadership. This might make it complicated for a manager to directly apply these leadership techniques to the everyday management process. The author, in his book said management is inferior to leadership. This can be offensive to someone in a managing position.
RELEVANCE OF THE BOOK
The book is relevant to leader of all levels and age and those who want to become leaders in future. It can art as a guide line to leadership.
TIMELINESS
It’s timely to the readers when it was published and it is also timely to the reader now. And it will be relevant in future.
RECOMMENDABILTY
I recommend this book to all types of leader. And those who want to be leader someday, am talking about the youth.

UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK: The uniqueness of this book is that it explains leadership in its raw state and accompanied with illustrations like diagrams, graph e.t.c. The book gave examples of people that have followed these laws. Aside from that, another uniqueness of this book is that it points out the sacrifice you have to pay to truly become a leader.
ORIGINALITY OF THE BOOK: This book contain the great thought of the author, I have not seen any leadership book of its kind. The book also has a lot of illustrations that proves the law of leadership right.

THE UNIQUENESS OF THE BOOK:
The book as so many uniqueness, the very first and the most important is that the author’s facts are accurate, the book does it work it has the ability to inspire and change the way on which the reader acted before to the present day, this is so because the twenty-one laws enlisted in the book are self explanatory.
THE SHORT COMINGS OF A BOOK:
The first is the fact that it lacks biblical involvement; this means that the author did not support his facts with the prospect of the word of God.
Another short coming is the quotes he borrowed to use where seen offensive by some countries or city, because they believe that the author is trying to impact the knowledge of where he comes from into them instead of his book.
THE ORIGINALITY:
When talking about the quality of a book, I believe the book 21irrefutable laws of leadership qualifies to be called quality, the originality of the book is derived from the way he outlined his ways of leadership and explained to a satisfying level. He talked about how to become a leader, what are things that he or she is doing wrong that does not signify them as a leader and he proves the solution most readers want a book that contains answers to a book that asks question, so that is also one of it’s originality.
THE CONTRIBUTION MODE:
The contributions were from Stephen. R. Corey and his co-author Wetzel Charlie.
RELEVANCE:
The book is very relevant to the readers, because it helps to solve an everyday problem that people are trying really hard to hide; the relevance of the book is seen because of the responses received by the author from the readers so show how interested they are in the book.
TIMELINESS:
At the time it was produced it was needed by people and till date people still need the book, which means that the book passes the qualification of timeliness, it is still a want in the market at large.
RECOMMEDABILITY:
The book can be recommended to youths at large trying to climb their way up to the glory, and also to adults that just don’t know how to leave a position to another, it should be recommended for professionals and business tycoons.

This art review is on a painting: “Mona Lisa” also known as Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, La Giaconda or La Joconde (wife of Francesco del Giaconda.) This work was made by Leonardo di ser Piero Da Vinci in the 16th century or either1503 or1504 and for over 500years, is still the only copy in the world.

ReplyDeleteTITLE OF ART WORK: ALLEY BY THE LAKE
Alley by the lake is an art work painting painted by the artist Leonid Afremov, who is originally from Europe.
The dominant colors used in this artwork are black, different shade of blue, brown and yellow
The background of this painting is a long stretch of orange trees on the left, and rain and clouds covering the rest.

Ok, frankly speaking before this assignment Leadership books were a no go area for me because they seemed boring but this was a little different because it didn’t just tell me what to do, it made me participate via the tests at the end of the book and I guess that is because John .C.
You will be judged by how well your people and your organization did after you were gone."
What makes this book work for me is that it will help both upcoming and experienced leaders to increase their experiences, sharpen their skills, gain a standpoint, and identify areas for further development and besides Maxwell provides a section at the end of the main text for readers to evaluate themselves.
So I know my leadership principles have travelled far…”
I do not believe that this book is exhausting of the leadership laws nor is it “irrefutable” however, undermining these shortcomings, this book is a must read, because it is full with loads of useful, clever and practical insights into the process of being a leader if of course you read it without bias….
